GoogleI had a hydrofacial and was disappointed. The clinic is beautiful and impeccable. The service I got with the technician was very disappointing. When I asked what the difference with be in between the regular standard hydrofacial versus the deluxe hydrofacial, my only explanation was that my skin would be shinier for a longer span of time. Spend more time under the white humid towel than having the serums massed into my skin. For a 230$ fee, I was very disappointed with a 40 minute appointment. Also to be told when it came time to pay, she would keep the extra 10$ as an extra tip since she had no change. This does not represent the other service or staff meme era of the clinic since I have not had other treatments there but my experience with that staff member left me a sour taste in mouth that I cancelled my moms appointment there.
