Mikaila is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is super knowledgeable, takes her time to explain everything and you always come out with the best results no matter what services you do with her. I have done several things with her including eyelash extensions, facial, laser hair removal and I will not be going anywhere else! I don't write reviews often but I felt this was necessary so that I can recommend her to everyone!

Absolutely flawless treatment and session! Mikaila took her time to explain everything slowly as this was my first laser treatment ; the session was not only short and sweet but so informative and professional, the space was CLEAN and beautiful and super fun and welcoming; Mikaila made me feel comfortable at all times and explained what she was doing as the process was going on. Been seeing her for many sessions now and each one is such a treat ! I got my Eye brows waxed by her as well and she did such an amazing job ! Definitely a go to !!

I’ve been to MSABeauty for many things and just like those, I am HEAVILY impressed with my laser treatment. I have done two sessions and have had outstanding results!! Mikaila is amazing. She knew I was slightly nervous so she took the time to explain how everything works and make sure I was completely comfortable. Throughout the treatment, she continuously asked if I felt too much discomfort and would adjust if I did. I have never experienced someone so caring and attentive to their clientele. She goes above and beyond to give you the best! It has been a life changing experience and I would recommend this till the day I die!!

I used to go to Mikaila at MSA all the time when I lived in Ottawa. She did my lashes, teeth whitening, laser & facials. I have since moved away but still went back to get my brows powdered by her. She is so kind and friendly and always was able to make room in her schedule for me, sometimes even really last minute. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is a professional and her new location is beautiful. Could not say enough good things about her and the quality of her work!!

Mikaila is absolutely amazing!! She always takes her time and explains the process step by step while she gives me facials - she even customized facials for me to accommodate my skin type. I am always super satisfied after my appointments, which is why I keep going back! 100% recommend, and I can’t wait to get my teeth whitened for the first time this week!!🥰
