I did a session on the emsella pelvic floor chair, and even as a healthy man I found the experience to be very useful. You don't realize just how hard it is possible to contract these muscles until you sit in this chair. With this new understanding of the intensity and duration that one can contract these muscles, I have incorporated pelvic floor exercises into my regular workout routine, and I have noticed benefits in sexual function as well as core stability. Also, big shout out to Dr Hermanson and the staff, they're great!

Loved my results. I got lip filler with Dr. Hermanson and everyone asks me where I got my lips done because they look naturally beautiful. She is very attentive, and knows what she is doing. No bruises and no complications. Not painful at all. 100% would recommend.
