Having moved to Montreal, I never felt like I could find a good skin routine. Consequently, I was always breaking out/looked oily/had redness. I finally decided to take the leap and book an appointment with Eve, based on her brilliant reviews and incredibly professional website. Eve exceeded my expectations. She was clearly a professional, which was very important to me! I brought all my products and she helped talk me through them and develop a new routine. I bought products there, but I *never* felt pressured to do so. However, I am incredibly glad I did -- my skin has felt calm, I've seen way less redness, and only minor breakouts! Eve is incredibly patient, knowledgable, and professional. I was very thrilled with my experience, and would recommend her to anyone looking to learn more about their skin, adapt their routine to the crazy Montreal climate, or receive personalized advice.

I just loveeee Eve... I got my laser hair removal sessions done with Eve and honestly she's amazing. She's super sweet and so easy to talk to. What I really appreciate about her is that she's always been honest and helpful, whether it was about products, skin concerns or anything random I had doubts about. I've asked her so many questions over time, like about strawberry legs, psoriasis on my scalp or even if shaving your face is okay, and she always took the time to explain everything so patiently. She doesn't just do her job and send you off.. but she actually cares. She gives suggestions that genuinely help. She's still the one I'd go to first if I had a skin related issue because I trust her advice that much. Also, she's very professional and knows her stuff. She does not gatekeep stuff.. she's open and wants to help.. not just keep you coming back for no reason. I've almost finished my sessions now, but I'd 100% recommend her to anyone considering laser or even if you just need good skin advice. She's the best!!!!

Eve is super sweet and very patient, listens to all your concerns and recommends the best routine for you! I ordered the recovery balm from isClinical and she was kind enough to send me some samples and details on how to use it!! very happy :) the packaging and delivery was done well too!

I have been a client of Lumilaser and Eve for about 15 years. Eve is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin care. She has over the years been there to teach me and my children how to properly care for our skin and love it.
