Best facial I’ve ever had. Luciana was amazing — professional, warm, and gentle. The room was beautiful, spotless and so soothing with calming music. Extractions were thorough but painless (even with milia), the warm towels felt super comforting, and the face/shoulder/scalp massage was very relaxing. The whole experience felt luxurious and pampering. I left feeling completely refreshed, and my skin looked smooth, clean, and glowing.
