Katrina is the best RMT. I honestly hesitate to write this because if she gets any busier, it’ll be harder than it already is to get an appointment with her. She listens without judgement and manages to melt away my aches and pains. She’s excellent at reading the room, so sometimes we have a chatty appointment and other times quiet. Truly couldn’t ask for a better RMT.

Katrina Milette is an outstanding professional in the field of registered massage therapy. She has a high level of expertise and is proficient in many techniques, which becomes apparent when one sees the way Katrina customizes each massage appointment according to the client/patients' needs. I've been coming here for years for RMT. All therapists are excellent! Reception is kind and friendly. Tea in the waiting room is delicious and comforting. Bonus points for free parking and direct billing to insurance 🙂

I just had the most amazing Craniosacral Therapy with RMT Shelby🤯 highly recommend booking! I also see Dr. Ava and she is helping me with hormonal stuff and gave me an iron infusion! I see both Vanessa and Yihe for acupuncture and they’re both amazing. Vanessa is a wizard with the Gua Sha and Yihe does Five Element style to balance my mood and energy. I’ve seen Emma for Intuitive Reiki and she is incredible.

Lovely community vibe and affordable workout classes, though the ones I attended were pretty mellow, but I’d check it out again. They also offer some great sustainable high quality products.
