The staff are nice, but the owner (Jenn?) really seemed uninterested in working. Even while providing a nail service to a customer, she kept texting. When other customers walked in and even during payment, she was on her phone which didn’t feel very professional. - Reply: Totally understand you might be busy with your phone as a small business owner, but from the customer’s perspective it really felt like personal chatting during service. I hope you can focus more on your guests while they’re with you, the way many other business owners do. Also, it would be helpful if customers were informed in advance about the service charge.

Unless you personally know a good nail tech that works here, don’t go! My colour change took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I asked her multiple times not make the gel polish look too thick but still looks super thick after only one coat! The shape of my nails also looks like a child’s hand. This was my second bad experience here. Did I mention a colour change with one coat took 1 hour and 20 minutes? I’m happy to help people under training to gain experience but you can’t charge full price and not let people know what they’re getting! ————- My reply to the response by the business below, since I can’t reply directly: What stood out to me most in your response was the lack of accountability for a service that was not done correctly! Instead of acknowledging the issues, your reply suggested that I was at fault for being unhappy — which is not fair to your customers and not very professional! I’ve attached a photo of my nails so everyone can see the quality of the $50 colour change I received. If this result is considered professional at your salon, then I have nothing else to say. Considering you’re priced more towards the higher bracket! FYI my nails were long enough and round already with a couple of broken ones. The end result looks more like square so I honestly don’t know what to say! I asked for one coat because the first coat was already extremely thick, even though I specifically asked beforehand for a thin and even application. My concern wasn’t the number of coats — it was the technique, and the fact that I had to step in to prevent it from getting worse. The service took 1 hour and 5 minutes for a colour change that wasn’t completed with a second coat, which is much longer than my experiences at other salons. I was not informed that a junior technician would be doing my nails anyway. If I had known, I would not have booked that appointment. Your booking system does not communicate this clearly, and customers should always be told this information upfront. Supporting local businesses works best when the business is also fair, transparent, and committed to providing professional service to their community. You don’t seem very open to feedback!

Super relaxing! Really great attention to detail to make sure my pedicure was perfect. Quiet and clean environment. Very friendly staff. My only wish is that the massage portion would be longer, because it was THAT good. 😊 I will be back!

I got new nails with Nuri and It was amazing! She got the point that I wanted to get right away. And she recommended the right color that I showed to her. The shop was clean and cozy with nice scent! I like that they accept for walk-in client too. It was great experience and I will definitely visit again for my next nails!
