Irina is extremely competent and courteous. Her expertise shows in the results both my daughter and I are getting, and how treatments never leave any marks, scabs, or irritation. I highly recommend Irina’s electrolysis services. Before going to her, I tried electrolysis with another certified electrologist. Treatments were painful and my hair grew back only after a few days. With Irina, my experience with electrolysis changed right from the first consultation. She took the time to thoroughly assess my hair and explain the process. Treatments with her are less painful and after only two sessions I am seeing better results. Irina is both meticulous and rigorous. She uses medical loups which allow her to work with precision. She really cares about her clients and encourages them to communicate with her to provide updates after treatments. She also guides you on the ideal appointment frequency to optimize results (based on each client's hair regrowth pattern through time). I’ve been going to electrolysis off and on for 30 years. For some reason, I never make much progress. Since I found Irina, the difference is like night and day. After only a few treatments, the hair is NOT growing back. So satisfied!!!
