I have had the most amazing experience at LCI. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable with your treatment. I have been getting laser hair removal and am incredibly impressed with the results. Highly recommend.

I've been going there for some laser hair removal, and the team there is absolutely amazing! They have at least two varying laser systems, fridges full of pads for cooling, and the team is welcoming and considerate of treatments. The seating area is comfortable and clean as well! 5/5 would get lasered again

I had a hydro facial with Luise at LCI Skincare Therapy Ottawa, Downtown, about a month ago, and I’m still thinking about how incredible the experience was. I originally booked it as a way to decompress after a busy few weeks, and it turned out to be one of the best self-care decisions I’ve made. Normally, I go into procedures like this with a million questions — always wanting to know what’s happening and how it all works. But with Luise, I didn’t even need to be persistent. She walked me through the entire process and explained everything so clearly and meticulously that I felt completely informed and relaxed the whole time. I also have sensitive skin, and Luise went above and beyond to help me choose the right products and tailor the facial to what my skin actually needed. Her attention to detail and care really stood out. The facial itself was amazing — super hydrating, relaxing, and gentle. My skin was glowing afterward and stayed that way for days. A couple of my friends commented on how refreshed I looked (unsolicited)! I’m also seeing Luise for laser hair removal. That has been a pleasant experience as well. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill, warmth, and such a personalized approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, and I’d absolutely recommend Luise to anyone looking to treat themselves or invest in their skin.
