GoogleLoved my experience with Jessica here! The Union Station location is super convenient and open on weekends, which is perfect for 9–5 girlies. They always have great discounts too. I was nervous because of past derma experiences, but Jessica was incredibly patient, kind, and never tried to upsell me. She made me feel comfortable right away and was so accommodating, even when I showed up a few minutes late (Sunday coffee is essential lol). And thank you, Jessica, for taking the time to talk me through everything and helping me feel more confident about easing into aesthetic treatments. I also appreciated the diversity in the clinic — it’s nice to see people who really understand brown girl skin. So happy I found this place. Highly recommend! 💛

GoogleI just had my first session with laser clinics last month with their laser hair removal, and am satisfied with the overall experience. Their technicians are kind and professional, and the price points are better than market for their services. They do run a very factory-like model for their business though, so you can expect the service to be quick and the employees to be a bit pushy with their product and sales. Because they are so busy, I've had to wait about 20-30 minutes there every time. Overall, very happy with the results from my first session and would recommend!
