Not sure if this is students but went for a special facial regularly a few hundred dollars that paid only $70 for. It’s very unfortunate that the girl barely uttered a word so I was unaware of the different phases in the process or what they were for. There was a lot of preparation between these times under heat or time letting products work that I felt could have been done during my treatment

Absolutely Incredible Facial – 10/10! I had the BE Pure facial with Katherine today and it was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was deeply relaxing, soothing, and effective—especially for anyone struggling with dull or dry skin, and particularly rosacea. This treatment includes three masks, but the final step is truly something special: a hydrating mask is first applied, followed by a mesh sheet mask, and then a unique tea tree oil clay mask layered on top. The tea tree mask gently penetrates through the mesh and delivers an amazing cooling effect that calms the skin beautifully. Katherine’s touch is delicate yet intentional—she knows exactly how much pressure to apply. The facial massage was just the right strength, and what made it even more unique was the way she played with my hair using soft hair claws during the treatment. It was unexpectedly relaxing and added such a comforting touch. My skin feels hydrated, smooth, and refreshed, and I left feeling both pampered and renewed. Highly, highly recommend this facial and Katherine’s expert hands. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Had such a lovely experience at institut Bea with esthetician Yalenny for laser hair removal. Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed by other staff that made me feel welcomed and at ease before my appointment. Yalenny made sure to thoroughly explain the process and aftercare and was refined and made sure to check in on my comfort levels throughout the session. I’ve had previous laser experiences but from start to finishing she made it a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to continue my laser/aesthetic journey with her !

I got a lash lift with Yalenny today and I’m obsessed. My lashes look so naturally pretty and I’ve already gotten a bunch of compliments. She was super sweet and made the whole experience really relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!
