Had a wonderful massage with Olivia who took time to understand my needs before we started our massage. Will request her again! However, I didn't feel that the reception or customer service from the front desk was very welcoming, and as a brand new client I would have appreciated a more informative welcome.

I've been to this clinic twice and it's great. I've seen Olivia and have booked with her and another RMT for 2024 already. Parking can be a problem, but if you arrive a bit earlier you should be able to find a spot after a few minutes of driving around.

I unfortunately have to give these guys a bad review, which isn't something I've ever done before. I have been here twice. My first experience was decent, so I did not hesitate to book another appointment. I recently saw Jen Works and was privy to a 90 minute torture session. She asked me if it was too much, and on three occasions I expressed that yes, it was. I get massages regularly and there are always portions that are more sensitive than others, but this was the first time where I was in so much pain I wanted to vomit. She knew I hadn't enjoyed my service because she didn't ease into the end of my massage - the time lapsed and she stopped what she was doing and stomped out, closing the door very loudly. It was so odd. I sent them an email expressing my disappointment and worry because due to the excessive pressure, I needed to take Tylenol for 4 days afterwards. Management did not have the decency to respond to my email, but a little over 2 weeks later, I received a generalized email asking us to leave them a Google review, so here I am. Definitely don't recommend as they clearly don't care about their clients.
