My go-to place for massages and facials. Linda was really helpful with my shoulders/neck pain. Facials are also very relaxing and leaves a beautiful skin.

At risk of sounding hyperbolic, this truly was the best massage of my life. Coco did a magnificent job and I'm in a daze. She was intense but gentle and I felt so taken care of. What a beautiful experience!

My friend and I went here late October because they had a same-day opening for 2 massages. My friend wanted a deep tissue and I wanted a therapeutic massage for my lower back. It is beautiful inside with lots of products and the women are very nice. I went in with low expectations (really just wanted the experience) but ended up walking out of there with a whole new appreciation for Eastern medical care and an unexpected life changing experience. As a larger woman with chronic lower back pain and an unknown autoimmune disorder that causes extreme inflammation, pain is my normal and there are days that are bearable and many days that are debilitating/ immobilizing. For years, even if you just poked my lower back I would feel like someone was stabbing me. Wellllll... while I still have the autoimmune that causes the inflammation and pain, for the first time in I don't know how long, I am no longer tender to the touch! I got paired up with this AMAZING woman whom used to be a doctor in China (during my travels I unfortunately misplaced her card and I am so upset) and she sized me up in no time and once she realized my situation/ condition... her whole demeanor changed and she was determined to improve my life that day. She started off rough- (I mean, I still have no idea where she holds all of that strength in that little body) I was holding my breath trying not to cry as she worked my upper, mid and lower back. She always seemed to keep pressing in one particular area that felt like a red button to my own personal inferno and suddenly she stopped and said "I am going to fix you" and said she was going to do "cupping" on me. Obviously in the moment (while in a world of pain), it wasn't fully registering exactly what in the hell she was talking about and after she told me her story, I just said "do whatever you think can help... my doctors haven't been able to help so I honestly don't mind trying". While I had heard of this practice and seen what it looked like I had never had it performed on me personally... so I was scared but intrigued. Everything changed after she lit that first bulb with her lighter... for the first 20min, I felt like my muscles and my flesh were being ripped off of my bones and tossed back on over and over again. It was probably the most horrific/ extreme sensation I have ever felt in my entire life. Here is where it gets crazy... while I was screaming, crying, laughing and probably peeing a little, after that 20min, she poked my lower back again and I didn't jolt in pain. For the first time... I actually felt- nothing and even now as I am writing this, I cannot help but get tears in my eyes from the memory of that particular moment of freedom. She continued on for 30min or so and the pain of the sensation of the cupping got easier and easier to cope with. It was essentially numbing my back. Pain fighting the pain. It's almost impossibly simple/ beautiful. After another round, while the bulbs were stuck to my back, she performed another first for me and did acupuncture. Didn't hurt... but it did suprise me because I was not expecting her to do that for me too. After 90min, when I sat up on the bed, I no longer had that jolting pain in that position and I cried and between the sobbing, I thanked her for her compassion and medical care. I hope she reads this and knows that she changed my life that day and I shamefully cannot even remember/find her name. If you have read this, I want you to understand that this is my personal experience due to my medical condition. While I hope that many many more people also have a life changing experience like this, I know and can sympathize (better than most) that we all need different treatments to accommodate different health issues. This was not a cure but it definitely was an improvement. If you are experiencing pain... all I can say is, don't give up... maybe one day you will walk into a place like this and have your moment too. ♡

We really enjoyed walking around old Montreal! Shops and views of historic places like the Notre Dame. We went to a service and it was amazing ! All in French. Didn’t know what they were saying, but people are friendly. Most people speak English as well as French.
