Jazz was welcoming and efficient from day one. She explained the laser hair removal process concisely and answered all of my questions. Although laser hair removal can be rather painful, I'd be hard pressed find any other person who could make it as bearable as Jazz does - it's a talent! She really is a thoughtful, caring woman, she provides stress balls and will adjust the laser intensity slightly if the pain is too great for the client to handle during the appointment - her communication throughout is wonderful and makes the sessions something to look forward to despite the discomfort / pain that comes with laser hair removal. Her prices are competitive and worth every penny + client loyalty (in my case). She has a 5-star rating for a reason. Jazz is an amazing clinic! After just my first underarm laser hair removal session, the results were incredible. My skin was super smooth (even better than after waxing or shaving), and about 95% of the hair didn’t grow back after a month. Jazz is very professional and explained everything clearly to me and my cousin. I highly recommend this clinic and can’t wait to see the final results after all my sessions!

Do not hesitate to book laser hair removal with Jazz! I had a wonderful experience from the start as Jazz explained the process and answered all my questions. I had a wonderful experience with Jazz! She has a very welcoming clinic, she is professional and always made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The procedure was thoroughly explained, and both pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions were very clear. The sessions are always fast and efficient and not as painful as I expected. I started seeing results early on (after my 2nd session), which was really encouraging! I’m extremely happy with the service and the outcome!
