I called and booked my laser appointment, and wow — I’ve had such an amazing experience with my underarm laser hair removal sessions! My experience with ILU for hydrafacial have been wonderfully satisfying. I was relaxed, offered a hot or cold drink and timely service. My esthetician was professional, experienced and took the time for my service. My skin looked great and was glowing and I have seen so much improvement with the products used. So glad I stumbled upon this gem. I just moved to Toronto last year and I needed to find a spa to get my regular facials done. I keep seeing this place every time I take my son to school and decided one day to try them out. I am in my early 40s and have super sensitive skin. Prone to breaking out due to hormonal imbalances and stress. I’m very particular with skin products I use on my face. I like sticking to my own products that I’m sure I won’t break out. I booked my first appointment for dermaplaning. When I got there, the owner greeted me and asked me if I wanted any beverage or snacks. Loved the hospitality and kindness from the get go. She was also the one who did my amazing facial. Loved all the information she was sharing with me about the products she’s using while I was getting a facial. I’ve been to so many different facial spas and Im glad that I found a great one that makes me feel comfortable and my skin looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend this place. They also offer so many services, it could definitely be a “one stop shop” for all skin rejuvenation needs.

Aida and Haleh are true professionals—polite, skilled, and maintain the highest hygiene standards. I’ve had five laser sessions so far with excellent results, and my HydraFacial left my skin glowing. Highly recommended!

I've done both facials and laser treatments at Ila Med Beauty Spa, and my skin has never felt better! The treatments have helped my skin recover so quickly from scarring and dark marks, and I've had way fewer breakouts since starting. The team is incredibly kind, sweet, and supportive — they genuinely care about your skin and your schedule. They're also super flexible with timing, which I really appreciate.
