I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Pallas is truly the best RMT in the city — her treatments are next level. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, and always manages to find and release every bit of tension. I also saw Avery for an acupuncture facial, and it was pure bliss. She created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere and left me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.

Alan gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He’s incredibly attentive, extremely kind, and has a really wonderful presence. I really cannot overstate how good he is, and how kind his vibes are. It’s a very nice space too, but I mostly wanted to focus on Alan 😭

Since this spring, I started having aches in different parts of my body, like my lower back, shoulders, and thighs. After moving downtown at the end of July, I went to Claudia for three massage sessions, and my condition improved far more than I expected. The massages themselves were great, but since I had never experienced this kind of pain before, I asked her lots of questions—and she always answered kindly and in detail. She also emailed me some exercises I could do at home, which really helped me recover faster. If anyone I know ever needs a massage, I’ll definitely recommend her.

I’ve been seeing them for facial and pregnancy massages since my first trimester, and they have truly been a bright spot throughout my pregnancy journey. One of the absolute highlights has been the pregnancy pillow they use—it allows me to safely and comfortably lie on my stomach, which is such a relief! I had the best experience at Humanity Wellness for an acupuncture treatment with Dayna. I feel so much more relaxed and loose, she was so kind and patient with me and I don’t think I could have dreamed a better experience. Clean and peaceful environment, she was so personable and talked me through everything. I had a second appointment the next day with Rachel for RMT and she was equally as amazing. The women that work here and kind and informative. I guarantee you will fall asleep during your service. Highly recommend!
