⭐ 1 Star – She doesn’t even deserve the 1. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Myrah. My 3:30 PM appointment was confirmed in advance, yet when I arrived—after driving 45 minutes—no one answered the phone, the door, or any of my messages. There was absolutely no communication, no explanation, and no apology. What makes this even worse is that instead of acknowledging the situation or rescheduling, she blocked me without a single response. This is not how any business should operate, especially one that relies on client trust and appointments. This level of disregard for clients is completely unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend booking with her based on my experience. I’m sharing this so others are aware of what they might encounter. Your statement is inaccurate, and I have screenshots of our entire conversation to support this. At no point did you communicate that a $250 deposit was required before the appointment could be honored, nor did you mention that the booking link needed to be completed for the appointment to be confirmed. The appointment time was explicitly confirmed by you, which is why I drove 45 minutes to arrive on time. Despite my arrival, multiple calls, messages, and waiting at your door, there was no response from you at all. Instead of providing any clarification or professionalism afterward, you chose to block me without explanation. If your policy truly requires a deposit and a completed booking form for the appointment to be valid, that should be communicated clearly before confirming the time—not after the fact and not as a retroactive justification. I’m sharing my honest experience so others are aware of what occurred. Be a decent human being and don’t waste people’s valuable time.

I have been going to Myrha for quite a while Now after being recommended by my friend who is a long time client. Myrha is not Only professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair /affordable. The location has a beautiful ambience and parking is a breeze. Another major green flag for me is that I never feel pressured nor as if I am trying to be sold anything. Not to gatekeep, but Myrha is truly one of a kind! ✨ I went in today for a little Botox and lip plump, and once again she worked her magic. She’s the only person I trust with my face, especially after everything I’ve been through medically. Her skill and care are unmatched. Myra has such a talent for facial balancing, making you feel comfortable, and enhancing your natural beauty without ever overdoing it.
