GoogleI had an incredible time at my first visit to Haven Therapeutic Massage. Chantal was warm and attentive, very easy to communicate with starting from the moment I booked my appointment, and offers a great, comfortable environment. The warm oil scalp massage may have changed my life. Highly recommend! Thank you Chantal!

GoogleChantel is an amazing masseuse and a lovely person! She made me feel so welcome and encouraged to communicate my needs throughout the treatment. Her demeanour and approach made it really easy to feel safe enough to relax. My other experience with an RMT felt rather clinical, so this was a great change.

GoogleChantel was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to really listen to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her approach is both professional and deeply compassionate. I felt truly cared for, not just treated. The massage itself was fantastic, and I appreciated the thoughtful follow-up she provided afterward. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Chantel to anyone looking for a nurturing, therapeutic experience.

GoogleChantel was lovely - open, friendly and inviting. She was very attentive to my treatment needs and was very responsive to what was working and what wasn’t during the massage. Overall it was a great experience - she really put effort, from music to aftercare snacks, into making me feel as comfortable as possible before during and after. Also, the extra wide table she has, as a big person, made me feel secure and allowed me to relax better than usual in other RMT spaces.

GoogleI cannot even begin to describe how happy I am to have found Chantel! Her spot is quite literally a “haven”. Calm, beautiful interior, complimentary essential oils and tea/coffee/snacks after your service- it’s such a curated and cozy experience. I’m booking my next appointment after I finish this review.
