Went to Bloor and Royal York location for massage and facial. Staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. Had such an amazing facial with Joanna. She provided suggestions for my skin type. Also had excellent massage with Sarah Joy. She had very strong hands. Would totally recommend.

I had my first massage experience today and it was awesome. Adam was incredible and I will definitely be back. The massage room was warm and cozy, the table was super comfortable, the lighting soft and warm, the ambiance Adam created was perfect. Loved it!

I wanted to gatekeep but RMT Daniel is honestly the best of the best! He is very personable, knowledgeable and so in tune with what his clients need each individual session and beyond. I've had many massages over the years from other RMT's and he is the first one I've gone back to over and over again. I had an incredibly rough year but I always looked forward to my H&S self care days. Even from the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel so warm and welcomed. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you so much and see you in the new year!

My wife & I had a few massages here and the experience had been overall quite pleasant. But then my wife booked a massage, and in under 24 hours she wasn't feeling well, and looked to reschedule. She was informed that she would be charged a 50% fee for cancelling the appointment, even though all she wanted to do was move it to another day. When she mentioned that maybe she's make it in anyways, they advised her not to come in since she's not feeling well. She checked her credit card and they had charged the "cancellation" fee before the original appointment. Not happy with that level of customer service with so many RMT options elsewhere.
