10/10 experience, honestly life-changing. I’ve been to two different laser clinics before this and probably did 30+ sessions total, with barely any results. I genuinely gave up and thought this was just something I was going to have to live with forever - constant waxing, threading, and stress. Then I found H Gracefully Laser & Aesthetics, and I’m not exaggerating when I say the difference is insane. I’ve been coming here for about six months, and the hair that I struggled with for years is basically gone. I used to deal with hormonal/testosterone-related facial hair, and nothing ever worked before this. The owner is so kind, understanding, and professional, and actually listens instead of just pushing treatments. For the first time, I felt like someone cared about my results and adjusted treatments properly. I truly cannot believe I thought I was just going to have to live with facial hair forever. If you’ve tried laser before and think it “just doesn’t work,” this place will completely change your mind. I recommend them to everyone.

My laser hair removal experience was excellent. The clinic was very clean, the staff explained everything clearly, and the results were amazing. My skin feels smoother and hair growth has reduced significantly. Definitely worth it.

I can confidently say this is the best facial clinic I’ve ever been to. I came to Oksana last year as my last hope to fix my acne problems, and since then my skin has transformed completely. Every CO₂ appointment, every treatment, and every bit of care she put into my skin made a huge difference. My texture improved, my breakouts disappeared, and now my skin looks so good I barely wear makeup anymore. Oksana is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about your results. This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and professional; they are very accommodating with booking times and cancellations. Additionally, they do their very best to customize their plethora of services to your needs. Their services truly work wonders. The facility is clean and welcoming. I go for laser hair removal: both Oksana and Veronika are great. Overall, a stellar spot for beauty care, their numerous awards prove the quality of their services :)

I have been going to H Gracefully for over 10 years and have loved every service I have ever received. I Initially bought a groupon for Lazer hair removal and haven't stopped going! I did Lazer hair removal for full legs, underarms, chin, and Brazilian with much success! I love going for facials as every time I go Oksana recommends what I should do depending on the current condition of my skin. Oksana is also amazing at giving the most relaxing facial massages (I usually fall asleep during my treatments! Lol). All the staff is very friendly and very helpful whenever I have questions about products or services. Nothing but amazing things to say about this establishment!
