I can confidently say this is the best facial clinic I’ve ever been to. I came to Oksana last year as my last hope to fix my acne problems, and since then my skin has transformed completely. Every CO₂ appointment, every treatment, and every bit of care she put into my skin made a huge difference. My texture improved, my breakouts disappeared, and now my skin looks so good I barely wear makeup anymore. Oksana is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about your results. I’m so grateful for the confidence I have now because of her and her team . Highly recommend!🥰

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and professional; they are very accommodating with booking times and cancellations. Additionally, they do their very best to customize their plethora of services to your needs. Their services truly work wonders. The facility is clean and welcoming. I go for laser hair removal: both Oksana and Veronika are great. Overall, a stellar spot for beauty care, their numerous awards prove the quality of their services :)

I have been going to H Gracefully for over 10 years and have loved every service I have ever received. I Initially bought a groupon for Lazer hair removal and haven't stopped going! I did Lazer hair removal for full legs, underarms, chin, and Brazilian with much success! I love going for facials as every time I go Oksana recommends what I should do depending on the current condition of my skin. Oksana is also amazing at giving the most relaxing facial massages (I usually fall asleep during my treatments! Lol). All the staff is very friendly and very helpful whenever I have questions about products or services. Nothing but amazing things to say about this establishment!

I visited H Gracefully to treat myself to a deep clean facial before my birthday and prepaid $70 for the Hydra Oxyjet facial. The staff was friendly, but within minutes of entering the treatment room, I was upsold to add a $70 mask and microdermabrasion (now $140+hst). While I agreed since it seemed aligned with the deep clean I wanted, I was surprised by how quickly this happened. The treatment overall was fine, but the extraction process was extremely aggressive. The technician Oksana applied so much force that it was painful, and although it didn’t seem too bad at the time, I’m now left with numerous scabs across my face. I’ve been getting facials for many years but have never been injured like this. I’ll be dealing with these marks for at least two weeks, which is very frustrating and embarrassing, and I, m worried about potential scarring.
