Amazing little medical spa! The space is clean and inviting without that cold surgical vibe. They have a vast variety of services available. Also, Karine is AMAZING! I would travel for days just to see her! Her attention to detail is beyond belief. She is kind and caring and has a very warm approach with her clients. I would recommend GraceMed and Karine in particular to anyone! I will be coming back for as long as I can.

It was my first time receiving a snoring treatment in Vancouver so I was hesitant but the whole experience was very comfortable and straight forward. I’ve dealt with snoring for a long time and wanted a long term solution so I decided to try the Laser, their staff answered all my questions and made this experience less intimidating. The clinic itself was very nice and clean, great location in coal harbour. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try a snoring session as I’ve seen results in the first session!

I was very impressed with the process from start to finish! I first had a consultation and they asked me specific questions to create a specific plan that would be customized for me. They even asked about my work and what lighting I'm under, I was very impressed with that! On the day of the appointment, Sandy, the esthetician who took care of, made me feel like her sister. 💗🤍 She guided me several times throughout the process, and she genuinely cared to ask me how I'm feeling as well. Several times, Sandy even pulled up my blanket over my shoulders just so I would stay warm. Sandy was also very personable, she and I were sharing real life stories and situations, I felt very safe and comfortable opening up to her, and I appreciated that she was very much about connecting to humans versus being cold and robotic. I didn't know she would surprise me with hand massage and also a scalp massage, I felt like she was my sister taking care of me. :) It was very sweet. The staff was also very authentic and honest with pricing, and very reasonable compared to other places that take advantage of clients' finances and do very quick work to get them in and out asap.
