I absolutely destroyed my eyebrows two weeks ago by over-tweezing, so I walked in today doing the full “walk of shame.” But the moment I stepped inside, Betty at the front desk was super sweet: she made me feel welcome right away without any judgement of my brows 🥲 My fuzzologist, Tiona, has got to be the best esthetician ever. She was so kind, gentle and really understood all my concerns. She saved my brows 🦸‍♀️ and gave me a clear plan to grow them back. I bought a membership on the spot so I can officially throw my tweezers away. I also booked a brow and lash tint (for the first time ever) the same day with Tiona because I was desperate and I walked out with gorgeous brows and lashes I didn’t think were possible after the mess I made. I felt listened to, cared for, and confident walking out. You’ll definitely see my reviews popping up every 5 weeks now. 🫶

Tried this place for the first time today. Tiona my esthetician was amazing, very thorough and efficient! And very reasonably priced too. The front desk staff was a little pushy on their monthly membership, which doesn't make sense for me as I don't get services often enough for something like that to be worth it. I'd be willing to pay more for one off services if they need the revenue though! And if you're someone that does go more often then it sounds like a good deal!

After moving to the neighbourhood, I was still traveling over an hour just to see my usual wax technician. I finally took the leap and booked at Fuzz Distillery — and I’m SO glad I did! The space is clean, professional, and has a calm, luxurious vibe without being pretentious. Aisha was absolutely amazing — warm, welcoming, and incredibly skilled. She worked quickly and gently, and the results were flawless. Shoutout to the front desk as well — the receptionist was knowledgeable, approachable, and brought such good energy to the space. You can really feel that everyone here takes pride in what they do. Fuzz has officially won me over. I’ve found my new go-to spot, and I’m so happy I made the switch. Aisha is a gem!
