GoogleI am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I came in for a Brazilian hair removal, and the same person at reception also did my treatment. From the start, she showed no expression and made me feel completely unwelcome. After filling out a consent form and medical history form, I was taken to the room. She came in a couple of minutes later, said nothing, and just started the procedure. The whole treatment was done very casually, finished in only about five or six minutes, and many areas were not even treated properly. There was no explanation, no communication, and absolutely no sense of service. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with this kind of treatment. I will never come back.

GoogleI visited this place last week, and the interior was very modern and up-to-date. Ayumi performed a facial fat reduction treatment to help slim down my jawline, and the results were amazing! She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain not only the procedure I received but also other treatments they offer. I can’t wait to come back for another session soon.
