Formula Fig Kitsilano in Vancouver

This was my first time getting a facial and it went very well. Sumen was my lovely esthetician. She was very kind and knowledgable, and had my skin feeling hydrated and looking fresh. It was a very relaxing experience.

I really loved going to formula fig because the facials are great. However, the customer service I received made me decide that I will be cancelling my membership. I had a few girls who did my facials they weee great. However, there is a girl who works on Saturdays normally around 4pm who checks you in with dark hair and she gives the meanest attitude to me… I noticed that she never says hi to me and waits till I say I have an appointment….never offers water or anything so I decided to see while waiting if she greets others and she was nice to them saying hi and everything…. Anyways her attitude I kept ignoring for months because I love going for the collagen facial.Last time I came one of the girls Candice I believe kept pushing for a tip. The moment I walked there was a $10 bill attached to the tip board and she said… oh look my previous client left me a tip.. how kind of her.. and then as the facial was about to begin she made a comment again about it. I tipped her at the end… but that definitely made the experience worse… in addition to the rude attitude from the “host”… I currently put my membership on hold as I wanted time to think if I should cancel or not but now I decided that I would rather not go to a place I’m treated poorly despite the quality of the facial.

First time getting the All in facial and Shabnam did a fantastic job! She was super knowledgeable and did a great job walking me through all the steps and products she was using. I left feeling very relaxed and with beautiful glowy skin

I had the All Facial and was genuinely surprised by the instant results! I've struggled with breakouts my whole life, and I noticed a difference after just one session. Klaudie was amazing, not only did she work magic on my skin, but she also gave me tons of helpful recommendations on how to maintain the results. I’m already considering their membership!

Had my first formula fig experience the other day because I had a coupon for the light therapy boost. It was super easy to make an appointment online and I arrived a little early to the storefront. It’s a very dark but aesthetic space and very quiet. I got the self serve light therapy boost, where I entered into a small curtained room and laid under a light machine for 30 minutes after applying some products. Once it’s over, I took off the goggles and applied some moisturizer and spf. Overall it was quite a nice and relaxing experience.
