I always love coming to Forbes Beauty Co. whenever I am in Ottawa. Laura and her team make everyone feel comfortable and right at home. Fantastic manicures and pedicures and you always walk away feeling relaxed and well-cared for.

The only place to go for sugaring, shellac and facials. Laura makes all her clients feel like her friends which goes a long way to make you feel comfortable and at home when having your services taken care of. Been coming to Forbes for a decade now and hope to continue for many more ❤️

Whenever I treat myself to a manicure or pedicure, Forbes is my absolute favourite place to go. Both Laura and Paige do amazing work, and it's clear that they genuinely love their jobs and interacting with their clients. They both always greet me by name and ask about things they remember I had going on in my life. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and can't stop looking at my pretty nails (which continue to look good for three to four weeks, thanks to the great shellac application). Also have tried sugaring, eyelash extensions and a facial here, and would highly recommend any and all of their services.

This is my favourite beauty salon/spa. It is conveniently at Fairmont and Wellington St. You can call or text them to make an appointment and they will respond quickly. It was easy to make an appointment for the same day or next day. Paige did my Shellac gel manicure and it lasted about three weeks, until I had it removed. The gel looked so good at 2.5 weeks and that's never happened to me because they always chip or start to crack and peel within one week. I told her I wanted a neutral colour so we took a few nail polishes and tested them out first. She is patient, knows what she's doing, and her work speaks for itself. She also did eyebrow waxing and the shape is perfect and it was quick. I usually get threading because I find I get great results in the shape but I don't like the threading feeling. I'm getting a pedicure now. I'm sitting on an Adirondack chair, looking out the window, the salon smells lovely, it's quiet, there's relaxing music on, staff is friendly and the service is good! I will always come to this salon when I'm visiting Ottawa!!
