FLORIUS HEAD SPA & MASSAGE in Montreal

Got a head spa for my boyfriend, he said the experience was good but the lady's phone went off over 7 times during his massage. Apparently it was her boss, there's a lack of professionalism on both parts if this is the case.

I did the duo (1 adult + 1 teen) scalp spa massage 1hr, it's was my first experience at this place. The experience was great, the head/shoulder/arms massage was perfect, the washing, the water flowing on your head, the whole experience was relaxing. I have thick long hair and the teen has curly hair and no problem at all. So fun, nice place, the girls doing the massages are really good!

I had an amazing experience at this head spa—the atmosphere was so calming, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and instantly melted away all my stress. My hair felt soft, refreshed, and revitalized afterward. You can tell they use high-quality products and really care about creating a personalized and soothing experience. I left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to go back! Ignore the bad reviews.

Overall a disappointing experience. I had my appointment at the opening hour, and was only let in 5 minutes after the appointment time, left to kind of wonder if where this place was legitimate due to the unlit, dark and unkept entrance way I had to stand in. The ad made the place look really beautiful and clean, but as you can see from the photos, it is not. It feels like a rush business in a place not made for these services and as little investment possible was made. The lockers were dirty and the rooms were filled with junk, and the person taking care of the services, though sweet, did not seem professionally trained. The insurance receipt was in a completely different name from the person who provided me the service the day of my appointment- which felt as sketchy as the entrance way, as the state of the facilities and as the amount of stuff in every room. Again, the person who was so kind to share their energy and time with me was so lovely, but I wouldn’t recommend nor would I return. *update after their reply* my comment is genuine feedback - I didn’t say anything hateful or untrue. I leave my true feedback on my experiences and as I mentioned, thought the person was lovely and the rest was not as expected. It’s important for businesses to know that experiences will vary, and some people will feel more or less uncomfortable.***
