Fiorio Bayview Salon Spa in Toronto

Had my second haircut here today and I am thrilled with the results. I was taken on early and the customer service was great the entire time, they offered drinks and were very polite. I had Jessica and will definitely be booking with her again, I had trouble describing the length and shape I wanted for a simple cut but she provided a perfect mix of her opinion while respecting what I was looking for, the cut turned out perfect and My hair feels and looks a million times better. She was also great when it came to interaction, it didn’t feel awkward at all, but comfortable silence and conversation. Moira Black is responsible for this review. Moved into Toronto 2 years ago and was trying to find a new hairdresser first experience was not great with a previous hairdresser.After some time we happened to find Fiorio which was close to our home. I have been going there for many months and have only positive experiences. Well organized and very clean. Communication is excellent . Jessica has been great preceded by Haida.

I had my hair cut with Helena. She was absolutely amazing. I really liked my haircut. My hair was styled beautifully and left feeling amazing. All staff are great and receptionist is very friendly. I will definitely be coming back :)

I came in for a blow dry and left feeling absolutely amazing! Jessica did such a beautiful job — my hair came out smooth, bouncy, and exactly how I wanted it. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and it made me feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the service and the experience so right.😌

I had an amazing experience getting my hair done! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with the warmest welcome — they’re so friendly, helpful, and genuinely make you feel taken care of. Hadia did an incredible job on my hair; it came out even better than I imagined. The whole visit felt relaxing, professional, and super positive. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!
