Very unsatisfied from them, i had high expectations seeing the ratings, on a quiet monday evening, it took them 30 min to sit me, 2h to make a set and its not what i asked, in the process the girl really hurted me , bled 3 times in 2 fingers, and they charged me 90$ for a weak performance of a basic set: French nails. Anyways , I didn’t want to be rude but i regret going, I didn’t tip at all , they had good service overall but I didn’t end up with someone caring enough to be gentle on the drill and good with simple designs . Honestly, very bitter from the experience, took away my smile for sure..

On March 20th, 2024! It was my first time at this salon and honestly my last… I asked for French tips which were done by hand and I did not like them… we can literally see my real nails under everything… It looks horrible… I booked my session which was supposed to last 1h it ended up lasting 1:45 and someone came to check in on us about 3 times… I believe the nail technician had another client she was late for and did not tell me we were finished, she just stood up and left and I had no idea if we were finished or not.. I ended up sitting there feeling like an idiot because I didn’t know if I had to leave or stay… I went to the counter to pay and I was asked if we had put lotion on my hands? Um no… no one even checked up on me at the end…

UPDATE: I caled the salon and booked another appointment, but couldn't make it. I appreciate the effort to make the situation right. ----------- I have been a regular at this salon for the past year. I have tried gel manicure, and dip powder; they were very good. I even tried their regular manicure, and it was always good. It would stay in a good shape for few days, if I take care of my nails. This time, I was very disappointed, the nail polish was old, dry and think. I stayed for 15 minutes at the salon after I'm done. I walked for 20 minutes to reach my place, in the chilly weather to let my nails even dry further. I went home didnt really do any hard work, just took a small nap, then an hour later I see one of the fingers is completely ruined:(. The others are fine. I payed 65+ tips. I'm not sure if Ill go there again. If i do, I will bring my own nail polish with me.

After barely 3 weeks one nail fall out (gel) Design, color and length were ok for the manicure although pedicure already chipped (regular polish). I paid 105$ and tipped the poor esthetician 20$ since he had to stayed til 9.30pm to finish after a delay due to a WRONG APPLICATION for lash lifting. My usual place is 110$ for both gel mani-pedi and last a month! I was curious to try this salon since they offer several services in one place. Lash lifting was a real DESASTRE lashes never got curved nor lift apparently cuz of the thickness (my usual technician says they're thin and always get beautiful results!). Eyebrows were just cleaned but usually I always have a nice pointy finish shape. After 45 min waiting for product to work my lashes were flat. After saying NO, the lady insists and apply more product again and left another 20-30 min still DIDN'T WORK - result my eyes were itchy, burning. Fortunately, they assume their mistake, apologize and didn't charge eyebrows/lashes - awful experience. Usually it'll be 1* but they seem genuinely sincere and sorry about it that's why is 2**. Please explain to the staff to be SENSITIVE and AWARE to not rudely tell a customer their skin/face is bad and need treatment asap. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommended this place not experts in my opinion. Be sure to verify how experienced technicians are, what products they used and application steps, delays, etc.

My favorite place! They always accommodate, even with last minute appointments. The nail techs are amazing & their work is pure magic. I always go for the SNS manicure and I leave extremely happy with the results. Plus, my nails last without ever breaking or chipping. 🧡❤️
