Eva (Essence of Beauty) is a holistic skin specialist and a miracle worker. You don’t need to know anything else, but if you want to, read my story below: About 7 years ago now, after having no skin issues what so ever, I developed a skin condition which was later found out to be a virus in my body causing severe cystic acne. Every ounce of confidence I had was stripped. I saw 3 dermatologists and 3 doctors who had NO CLUE how to help me. They refused to touch it and suggested the only way to MAYBE fix it was acutane and strong doses of antibiotics which I couldn’t take due to other medical conditions. Thousands of dollars spent on laser treatments and harsh peels also made it worse. I was at my lowest point when I was introduced to Eva. She literally saved me. There are no words to describe how knowledgeable, smart, motivating, kind, caring, and genuine is. Eva is from Europe, where she learned to approach skin differently than people are traditionally taught here in Canada. Eva’s focus is to heal from the inside out, while also using various external techniques. She changed my diet, educated me on the proper supplements and nutrients I needed to kill the virus, and strengthened my skin instead of weakening it as other people had done prior to her. She used traditional extractions (which NO ONE else would do to me due to the severity of the acne), and several other treatments, such as ultrasound, Green Peels (which are a natural peel which creates a sunburn type effect and then peel off for several days, revealing a fresh layer of skin underneath), Microneedling, Facial Infusions, Blue and Red light therapy, and the list goes on and on. There is truly no one like her in the city. She is one of a kind and so skilled and passionate about what she does. I still have scarring to tackle but I’m officially acne, cyst, and pain free!!! I strongly encourage you to reach out to Eva if you have acne, cysts, scarring, or just need an overall skin tune-up or relaxing facial. I’ve been going to Eva for a number of years now and she’s honestly the best! I always get a deep cleaning and moisturizing facial, and my skin just glows every time. Eva is truly the best when it comes to skincare. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what your skin needs and how she can improve it. I have seen a dramatic improvement in the texture and appearance of my skin and have even had friends remark on how healthy my skin looks.
