The chemical peel worked well, but be prepared for some peeling and redness for a few days after. It’s part of the process, and my skin looked great after recovery. Just make sure to follow aftercare instructions! I’m really impressed with the results. My skin feels smoother and looks brighter just after one session. Mia was very professional and explained the whole process clearly. Highly recommended!

I’ve been struggling with enlarged pores and acne scars, and after doing a lot of research online, I found that chemical peels might help. But I was still hesitant—worried about strong reactions or heavy peeling. This week, I finally tried a gentle peel at ELLE, done by Mia. She was incredibly professional and kind. Before starting, she carefully assessed my skin and selected a mild acid formula based on the fact that my skin had been a bit sensitive lately. To my surprise, the whole process was much gentler than expected. When the peel was applied, I only felt a slight warmth—no stinging at all. Mia kept checking on my comfort throughout, which made me feel very reassured. Right after the treatment, my skin was slightly pink, but there was no obvious peeling. Around day 2–3, I did feel a bit of dryness, which Mia had already warned me about. By day 5, I started to see real improvement: my pores looked much cleaner, skin tone more even, and acne marks lighter. Overall, my skin looked smoother and fresher. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who’s trying chemical peels for the first time but is concerned about irritation. Mia is incredibly attentive and personalizes everything based on your skin’s needs.

Took a little break from my busy schedule to get a Hydrafacial at Elle — and it was absolutely worth it! The lovely Oli handled the entire session, and she was incredibly professional and gentle. She explained the purpose of each step throughout the process and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel really at ease.

I don’t usually go for aesthetic treatments, but a friend recommended ELLE, especially for their guy-friendly deep cleansing options. I tried the hydrafacial to help with oiliness and blackheads. I was honestly a little nervous at first, but the clinician Yan was very professional and made the whole process easy. It felt like a high-tech facial—there was some suction, but nothing painful. Afterward, my skin felt clean and smooth, especially around the nose and chin. Even shaving the next morning felt easier! The clinic is clean and efficient, and I liked that everything was clearly explained. I’m thinking of coming back to try M22 for my acne scars.
