I’ve had such a great experience here. Val is warm, professional, and she actually understands the PCOS struggle which I appreciate so much. She’s very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly which helps you understand the treatment process better. I always feel comfortable during my appointments and the place is very clean. My results have been really good and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend coming here!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience here. Val is amazing and so professional—always on time, incredibly kind, and her facilities are absolutely spotless. I've been bringing my daughter for electrolysis treatments, and the results have been amazing. Her machine is state-of-the-art and highly effective. What truly sets her apart, though, is the way she treats her clients—with patience, compassion, and genuine warmth. She speaks to my daughter with such kindness and care, making the whole experience so comfortable and positive. It has made a huge difference in my daughter's confidence, and for that, I am beyond grateful. Highly recommend!

I’m really happy I chose Val as my electrologist. I have been doing electrolysis for 8 months and the results have been really significant. The hair is much less noticeable compared to when I first started, and my confidence had skyrocketed an even after just 3 sessions. Val is very educated with what she works in and has been nothing short of professional and passionate. She has been very supportive during this process, which made it very easy to commit to electrolysis. I have never experienced any skin concerns after my appointments, but Val always follows up to make sure I am okay and am not experiencing anything unusual (even after months of no issues she still checks in!)
