I got a full body wax from neck to toe (including Brazilian) by Arina (I believe her name was). She was lovely, the service was competed in 75 minutes and, even though they were fitting me in before closing, I did not feel rushed or that they wanted to speed through the appointment. She reassured me that we could stop at any point to take breaks if the wax was painful or anything of the sort, she made sure the wax was a comfortable temperature for my skin and, when I had a foot cramp, she massaged my foot (so sweet, genuinely!!). We also made nice conversation during the wax and nothing was awkward or uncomfortable and this was my first full body wax (+Brazilian) so that was incredibly important to me. I disclosed that this was my first appointment like this when scheduling the appointment on the phone. The service was lovely from the reception to the wax itself and I would go again, my only concern being that it is expensive ($200+) to maintain on a regular basis, but I would certainly go back on occasion.

Always a great experience....Sonia is my go-to pro! She took me from a newbie (late bloomer! Lol) and makes sure I'm in pristine condition by the time she's done, each and every time. I never get ingrowns or have any issue during or after the treatments. Equally wonderful, is that now (and especially when I was a newbie!), she always made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
