Wonderful Clinic from the moment I walked in for my treatments. The staff was very courteous and punctual as my appointment was respected and everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. Dr. Serra is very knowledgeable, has many years of experience and definitely treats her clients with professionalism and respect. She took the time to explain treatments to me and she answered any questions I had. The nurses working with her and her staff were just as helpful. This Clinic is absolutely one of the best in Montreal and I will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Dr. Serra and your wonderful staff for making my experience with you very impactful as your treatments have given me positive results. The treatments offered are expensive and ineffective for many patients. I am a healthcare worker myself, and when I wanted to cancel the end of a treatment for which I had already spent more than $1,500, the secretary persisted with me over the phone; asking why I had made an appointment if I thought I knew so much about health - but what a lack of class and professionalism on their part! In addition, they tax certain treatments that are not taxable. It is a shame, but I do not recommend this clinic.
