A very positive experience from the moment I called to the moment I left following my surgery. Extremely professional, and very polite staff who take the time to carefully explain instructions and any questions you may have. Dr. Mark Samaha has a great personality and takes the time to understand what it is you are trying to achieve through the process. I’m happy happy with the result and would suggest anyone looking to do any type of cosmetic surgery to visit their office.

It’s disappointing when you request a consultation only to be told by the coordinator that what you want “can’t be done.” She said the doctor could tell just from my photos that I have thick skin and that it was “impossible” to achieve my goal, all before I even had a proper consultation. I was willing to pay for an in-person appointment, so being dismissed that quickly felt disrespectful. I ended the call abruptly because of that. To his credit, the doctor later reached out personally to offer a Zoom consultation, which I appreciated. That’s the reason I’m giving three stars instead of less. However, during our call, he essentially repeated what his coordinator said: that my desired change was minor but too complex and not worth the risk. He suggested an open surgery approach instead with a colleague of his. I left feeling like the decision had already been made before we even spoke. I was hoping for a genuine consultation to explore options, not a polite repetition of a “no.” This was my first ever consultation with a plastic surgeon, and honestly, it’s made me feel less confident about reaching out to other doctors, especially those who perform closed rhinoplasty here in Montreal. If you’re looking for subtle or minor tip refinement, this probably isn’t the right doctor for you. That said, both he and his staff were kind and professional, and I do appreciate that they followed up with a call to apologize.

Dr. Samaha is a true pioneer in the field of plastic facial surgery. His facelifts and rhinoplasties are remarkably natural. The healing process is incredibly smooth and comfortable because he uses operating techniques that cause minimal bruising and inflammation, making recovery very comfortable. The results are natural, you’d never be able to tell where the incisions were made. I highly recommend him and would trust him with my eyes closed for any procedure to my face.

I knew from the first consultation that I wanted to proceed with Dr. Samaha from the nurses to the receptionist the staff was stellar. I am so satisfied with the look it is natural and fitting. I even lost my money from another Dr. as I skipped their consultation because I knew Dr. Samaha was the one.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Samaha in December, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! He was highly recommended after my friend got a rhinoplasty from him in 2019. From the very first consultation, Dr. Samaha truly listened to everything I had to say and made me feel so comfortable and heard. I felt confident and at ease every step of the way. The nurses were also absolutely incredible—so kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. I’m now 6 months post-op, and I genuinely love my nose. It looks natural and fits my face perfectly. The healing process was surprisingly easy—minimal bruising and barely any discomfort. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and the results I got. Highly recommend!
