Have to say one of the most understanding companies and very easy to deal with. They went above and beyond for me with my purchase, not only with training but making it work with me when I had to take an unexpected leave from work. Super understanding and supportive to help me through and keep my business going through one of the most difficult times of my life. Very loving staff, if they can make it work with you they will. Not to mention the results I'm getting these days with my machine are absolutely astounding and my clientele is growing as a result!

I have had nothing but INCREDIBLE service from the whole DermaSpark team. From my initial talks with Sigal to my training with Patricia and her ongoing support with any questions I may have, her response time is impeccable. I get lightening speed shipping on ALL of my products/supplies every couple of months and then to Dimitri who helped me with a loaner machine while mine was in for repair, a loaner device was shipped to me within an hour on a Friday afternoon and by 10am Monday morning I had received it which resulted in no disruptions to my pre booked clients! I've worked with many other companies and DermaSpark are truly the best I've had in my 7yrs of business!!!

⸻ I must say that Patricia is truly one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. One of the reasons might be that she is a dermatologist, which means she’s highly knowledgeable and knows exactly what to teach and how to explain things so that practitioners can perform treatments precisely and effectively. Another remarkable quality she has is her genuine passion for helping others — she truly enjoys supporting and guiding people. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to train with her twice, with two different devices.
