Both times I came—once for my consultation with Jacinthe and another for my chin filler with Dr. Moussa—were INCREDIBLE. Jacinthe is such a sweetheart and always gave me honest, thoughtful feedback. Dr. Moussa is completely transparent with the risks and complications, making sure you’re comfortable and you know what’s in store and will walk you through the whole process as it goes. Adding on, I felt nothing. And the results so far are beautiful. Thank you very much for your care!! :)

Roxanne made me feel like a star! Went in for a BellaMD facial and at the second step the power went out. There was no stress … she rescheduled me for a redo and proceeded to give a moisturizing mask, serums and sealed me in with a wonderful smelling moisturizer! I felt relaxed and safe the whole time! Thank you Roxanne! Can’t wait for the full treatment!

The facility was nice and clean, the staff was friendly but I must have had the bad luck of getting an unexperienced aesthetician. I am 22 weeks pregnant, I confirmed they knew before I checked in. I asked if she would be adjusting the table to recumbent and she asked me why? I reminded her was pregnant and she told me she laid on her back her entire pregnancy and was fine. It's well known that you should not spend much time on your back when pregnant because it can decrease blood flow to the baby. She didn't believe me so I told her to google it. She reluctantly adjusted the table and mumbled something about having to do the treatment standing. This had me feeling very uncomfortable, but I wanted to let it go and enjoy my facial. The entire facial felt very rushed. There was zero facial massage or skill in the way she applied the serums and lotion after the mask. It felt rushed and not like she didn't want to do it. She then asked if I needed to purchase any products. Something I normally do, if I like them and they are explained to me when applied. There was no communication as to what she was putting on me, which is ok. But how would I know which products I would then want to buy? All in all I did not enjoy my service and thought it was extremely overpriced for the lack of skill and professionalism. Do not recommend, would not go back.
