GoogleI had several treatments done and went back for a follow-up because the results weren’t as expected — I was just looking for a solution (and I was even willing to pay for it!). I tried to contact my consultant, PM, by email and phone for over two months. It took nearly six months in total before I could finally reach her and get a follow-up appointment. During that appointment, she told me she would get back to me within a week. It’s now been a year, and I still haven’t heard back. It’s really disappointing because the receptionists and technicians are wonderful — they’re professional and kind. But overall, I’d avoid the Saint-Lambert clinic and try another Dermapure location instead.
