I have been seeing Dr Hetz for many years now. He is honest and will tell you what should or should not be done and results at the end will impress you and you will be returning to see him again for sure. Dr. Hetz is the kindest and most caring doctor I have had. I experienced a complicated health issue this year which left me feeling hopeless after trying lots of treatments elsewhere... Dr. Hetz restored that lost hope in me. He is very knowledgeable, able to think outside of the box for new ideas, and is meticulous in his work. He is professional in all aspects, and compassionate beyond words; he went above & beyond to make me comfortable throughout the stressful situation I was in. He was dedicated to finding an effective treatment plan for me despite any challenges that arose. His skills and knowledgeability won my full trust. The entire team at the Dermapure Wellington Village clinic is fantastic! They are welcoming, friendly, and committed to making sure you’re well taken care of from start to finish. I’ve had two microneedling treatments with exosomes with Candice, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to walk you through every step of the process so you feel comfortable and confident. Before visiting this clinic,I had a payed consultation with another clinic who ended up Trying to force me into buying their products, all they were worried about was selling their products, but this clinic offered me free consultation and on top of that gave me free samples of products to try before buying thier products,,Top notch quality products Customer service was on point, the clinic is aesthetically pleasing, serene environment ,lovely people ,Megan was such a great help and very professional,I’m definitely coming back for a treatment
