Dermagyms in Montreal

Deeply disappointed with my experience at Dermagyms. Everything starts with polished explanations, friendly smiles, and talk of discounts that sound almost too good to be true and, unfortunately, they are. When it’s time to pay, the story changes: the promotions suddenly don’t apply, and the answers become vague. When I tried to clarify, the owner replied with a condescending tone, saying “I don’t have your file on hand, but… yet still felt entitled to judge my case without knowing the facts. To be fair, the treatment itself was 10/10 , but professionalism goes beyond good results. My advice: choose a place where honesty isn’t part of the sales pitch ,it’s part of the service. Edited after the owner’s response: Thank you for your reply, Edouard. I can see your intention to defend your business, but your version doesn’t reflect what truly happened. I was given wrong information and acted in good faith, based on your staff’s guidance. Instead of addressing that, your tone both privately and publicly, came across as defensive and dismissive. I also can’t ignore that the way I was treated to made me feel singled out. Respect shouldn’t depend on where someone comes from. I did like how the information was brought up too me regarding my concerns with my scalp been dry and my edges not growing due too the facts I was wearing too much wigs and my edges was starting too be damaged.

This is the best laser hair removal clinic in Montreal ! I made extensive search and compared in person with four other spas before coming here. It’s been 7 months already, and I’m super duper satisfied with my results (i went with the full body laser package which is definitely worth it) 🙌 also everybody is super nice there and made me feel welcome and safe 🙌

Edouard and Marina are really lovely and very knowledgeable. Had a great consultation and facial today. Their facial imaging machine is also very cool - very interesting seeing the different layers of the skin - I appreciated this approach. My second appointment is already booked!

Amazing clinic. I am very happy with their service. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I had two meetings with Marina, one for a consultation and then for a hydra facial. My facial was wonderful and Marina took time to look at all of my products to see what was correct for my skin and what needs replacing (so I do not need to invest in products I may not currently need). As I mentioned I am very happy with this clinic as I feel I am not only investing in their expertise in making my skin look better but also in a business that truly cares about their clients achieving their anticipated outcome. I highly recommend Dermagyms and I already have two more appointments booked.
