Delta Health Center in Toronto

Delta is an outstanding health center, I have been getting 90 / 120 min massages for over a year. I regularly see Linda who is very professional, has a great attitude and will focus on the areas you need the most attention, thank you Linda my health and body is so much better because of you!!! Definitely need an appointment as they are usually quite busy but it is worth the wait (and waiting doesn’t usually happen) in my opinion :) Keep up the great service!!!!

For starters, yes this is one of those hidden Gems of RMT. They really do a good job on hitting all communication and pressures when keeping it professional. If pressure is too hard. You must be the one to properly communicate on your needs and what hurts the most. As well respected to Chloe who kept communication on par with me upon before and after service. Would go again with the warm welcoming and great service.

I wish there was an option for 0 star. I have been to massage places and this was the worst experience so far. For starters, my appointment was booked for 1:30 pm for 90 minutes RMT massage and when I reached there, gave the details, they claimed that it was for 1:00pm and I was too late for my appointment. They only believed me when they saw the confirmation text message which they sent. After that they made me wait clueless for half hour and then the front desk lady comes to me and says I will have to get started in a room and after 15 minutes I will have to switch rooms to which I asked if they are expecting me to start the massage and then dress again to switch rooms? The reply was "No, you don't have to dress, you can just drape the sheet around you". I obviously wasn't happy with their plan and disagreed. Once the massage started, I had to ask the lady to put the light pressure 4 times as it was too much for me. Rather than being relaxed, it felt like a torture. To top it all up, after the massage, front desk lady gave me the laptop to fill all my details for my insurance rather than asking for the insurance card and filling it up herself. After all this, they still have the audacity to ask for tip which should be a happy gesture rather they asked as a right and when I said no thank you (because of the worst service i got) the look I got was not at all good. Overall, it was very very bad experience and now I am left with a sore back and neck absolutely waste of money and time.

Great place for a cheap foot and body massage. I thought it was a bit sketchy on the outside but the massage itself was great. Price was very cheap for 90 mins, Tina was very strong for a larger person like myself. Only thing I did not like was that they used a lot of massage oil which felt weird.

Last time I pointed out some of the difficulties I had at the massage center. Its manager, Sarah, contacted me and apologized. This time, she corrected all those mistakes and gave me a great massage. Thank you Sarah. I appreciate your positive attitude. Massage therapist Wendy is awesome, I had my best massage here with Wendy. Today my friend also came with me, he got an incredible massage from Linda. Here every massage therapist is highly professional and attentive, I recommend Delta Health Center and massage therapist Wendy, Linda and Annie.
