I have recently visited Damara Spa for a massage with an RMT. I was so pleased with the staff that I booked a sports pedicure afterwards. I was impressed with how well the spa looked after renovations. The sauna and extra amenities are a nice touch. I will be a regular customer at one of the best spas in Toronto.

I had a wonderful and one my best manicures in a long time, and I’m still obsessed with how perfect my nails look! From the moment I walked in, the service was welcoming, relaxing, and so detailed-focused. My nail tech took her time, shaped everything beautifully, and made sure every detail was flawless! The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, and the whole experience felt like a mini spa getaway. My nails have never looked this clean, polished, and gorgeous—I can’t stop staring at them.. and my partner just loves them! If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about quality, precision, and amazing customer service, this is it! I can’t recommend them enough. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Do not recommend this place for a manicure. I booked their Deluxe package and it was anything but deluxe. The place looks super nice and the staff are friendly but my nail tech just lacked the experience to be working with paying customers. The polish is bumpy, uneven and starts a few millimetres down from the cuticle, making my fresh set look a week old. One nail even has a little hair stuck in the polish! And all of this is after I already pointed out a lot of the more obvious flaws during the appointment. The hand massage and scrub I got were barely relaxing. To give credit where it’s due, the staff and nail tech were nice and offered me a free re-do with a different person but I choose to go elsewhere. PS. I opted out of cuticle work for this appointment. The place also charges extra for gel polish. Full hand photos are taken on the day of appointment and the day after. Thumb photo is 10 days later

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. My cuticles weren’t even cleaned, and the nail polish was smudged. The place itself is beautiful and very nice, but the service wasn’t good. I don’t think it’s worth the credit value they charge. It also seemed like they treat people who use ClassPass differently, as the lady next to me was clearly getting a much more careful service. It’s a shame because I live nearby and really wanted to become a regular customer. I wish I had a better experience. Look at my nails; this doesn't look like a 1-hour spa pedicure. I arrived around 9:50 AM, and by 10:20 AM, my service had finished. What's the 1-hour service? I'm feeling that they took advantage of a customer who had never been there before or was using ClassPass.
