I was indeed shocked by Natalie’s attitude. I warned her that I was undergoing the procedure for the first time and might not have the best pain tolerance. In the middle of the treatment, one of the injections was extremely painful, and I told her right away. She completely dismissed it, did not offer a break or acknowledge my discomfort, and just silently proceeded with the treatment. There was a clear lack of empathy. After a few minutes, I noticed that one of the spots was bleeding and had to go back. She used an alcohol wipe and commented, “No one runs away that fast after a procedure.” I also brought to her attention that it was the same spot I had mentioned during the treatment.

I had a wonderful experience with Natalie at Clinique de mode. She was incredibly attentive, informative, and kind throughout the entire process. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to understand my questions and helped me find the best possible solution. The receptionist was also very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. I’ve already recommended Clinique de mode to all of my friends and will most definitely be returning! :)

I came here expecting a premium service to match the premium prices. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. My first appointment lasted less than five minutes. Nothing was properly explained, there was no detailed assessment or facial mapping, and very little attention to symmetry or precision. The injections were uneven, and I was left with noticeably asymmetrical results. I returned two weeks later to have the issue corrected, only to leave with a new asymmetry. I then had to waste even more time coming back again, just so photos could be taken of results I now have to live with every day until they wear off. I’m incredibly upset — not only about the money spent, but about having my face altered carelessly and without adequate attention or care. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and disappointing, and I would not recommend this clinic. Save your time, money, and emotional energy and go somewhere that truly values patient care and precision. Edit: I was charged $9.95 a unit and I requested a refund for the brow lift treatment, as the outcome has caused ongoing dissatisfaction and distress. Rather than lifting my brows, the result was a lowering of my right brow and noticeable asymmetry between the two eyebrows. At my most recent visit, I was advised that the only option to address this would be to lower my left brow as well. This is not something I want or feel comfortable with, as a lowered brow is not complementary to my face and was never my intended or expected result. I feel that my concerns have been clearly communicated, and I am disappointed that a satisfactory resolution has not yet been offered. I do not believe I should have to continue reaching out to reiterate my dissatisfaction. I value attentive care and open communication, and I hope we can reach a fair resolution.

Nurse Tina was great! Talked me through the consult, explained things clearly and efficiently, and gave me options so I had autonomy over my treatment. Would recommend. The clinic is also clean and easy to find.

I had a exelent cosmetic treatment at Clinique de Mode on 211 Yonge st. Natalie MacPherson is the best 👌. Natalie is very professional and impressive , She did fantastic job for me. I wish Natalie all the best. It was pleasure to meet Natalie. I am going to come back to this clinic again. Jan N
