Chillax Spa - Head Spa & Beauty in Vancouver

I went to the head spa to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had a really pleasant experience there. The environment was very calming and cumulate. The receptionist was really friendly and she tried to welcome us busy as she was. I had a massage with Nancy and she was really passionate and caring and she did a really good job with a massage I had to buy one get one half off Promotion on and I think it is still on the price your side they try to recommend you to have additional add-ons, but I did feel it was a little bit forced in the end. I did go with explanation to help my scalp clean up the buildup that was there but $40 was a little bit more expensive on top of what I had to pay at the end they gave us tea and some treats and they even gave my sister a birthday present, which I thought it was very thoughtful. I think the place was good, but I do think that the price would be something I would come for special occasions only.

It was my first time visiting Chillax Spa today and I will definitely be coming back! It was a lovely experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I booked a Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Katani today and she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable the entire process and assured me that at any point if I felt any discomfort at all I can let her know without hesitation. She provided suggestions for upgrades (such as using special essential oils, adding additional time for extra targeted areas of massage) so that I was informed of my choices but was never pushy at all. She checked in throughout the message to make sure the pressure level was tolerated and that I felt relaxed. I highly recommend Katani and will definitely be booking with her again!! Thanks Chillax Spa for a wonderful experience! 🥰

Absolutely clean, organized and wonderful. I have high expectations since visiting many high-end spas and can say I enjoyed my time here. My first impression was a good one. The interior of the spa is thoughtfully designed and made to make you feel calm and welcomed. It’s modern and warm. They have to buzz you into the entrance which adds on a layer of security, a nice touch. The service I received was the chillax signature head spa treatment with Sarah. You have add-on options available to choose from. She explained every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciate the user-friendly booking system they offer online. They have a comprehensive description of each service they offer with the full price. I will be coming back.

I just had a lovely treatment with Sarah! I had the Luxury Scalp Detox and it was amazing. The entire experience, from beginning to end was perfect! Camila welcomed me very warmly and Sarah was my practitioner. Her hands are magic. She was so gentle and thorough with everything. I did this for my birthday and I think it might become a tradition. Oh, and to finish off, they have me and my aunt who was waiting for me, some lovely tea and chocolate. 100% recommend ☺️

I received a gift for a head spa and deep tissue massage for two. I came in with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised to discover such a wonderful spa nearby with excellent services. Katani was my therapist, and she was fantastic. She ensured I was comfortable and adjusted the pressure perfectly to my preference. I left feeling completely relaxed—this was truly one of the best massages I've ever had. Highly recommend!
