Centre Thérapeutique – Massage Griffintown in Montreal

This was my second visit with Cecilia on Sunday, and once again she was absolutely amazing. She truly listened and understood my problem, then focused exactly on the areas that needed the most attention—especially my shoulder. Her calm and soothing approach was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep twice during the massage. She also made sure the room was warm and comfortable, which I really appreciated. After the massage, my shoulder pain was completely gone. Cecilia is incredibly skilled, caring, and professional. Hands down, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I would recommend her to everyone—she’s just awesome! I’d also like to mention the clinic receptionist, who was very polite, flexible, and helpful. She accommodated my last-minute request to prepone my appointment on the same day, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Alexandre is fantastic. I come in feeling like my muscles are attached like legos and an hour later leave feeling like a person again. He’s very nice and professional and knows his clients limits. Had a wonderful deep tissue massage by Nayara. I thought the incorporation of essential oils was a relaxing and unique touch. She used techniques that I had not experienced before in other massages which I found very helpful at resolving my muscle tension. I left feeling very relaxed, happy and less tense than when I first showed up. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful and the overall ambiance was relaxing and aesthetic. Looking forward to my next visit.

This was probably one of the best messages I've had. Ali K was incredible, professional and skilled. The entire centre is very welcoming and everyone I met was friendly and calming. Ali worked on the pain points I described and really knew how to work out all the tension in my body. All in all, it was an great experience.
