UPDATE: As per the clinic’s response, I have never mentioned that I had another commitment or that I was in a rush whatsoever. I'm not sure where this information is coming from. This information was not confirmed to or by me and there was no conversation of such. In fact, no one had spoken to me. The woman who gave me a massage confirmed that I had an appointment and then told me to wait. She then proceeded to show me the way to the room and told me to change. There was no other interaction indicating that I was in a rush. I had a lymphatic drainage / relaxing massage appointment and wanted to share some feedback. I was brought into the room around 4:55 and was fully ready to begin my 5:00 appointment on time. However, the masseuse didn’t come in until about 5:05, and the session ended at 5:54 — making the total massage only 49 minutes instead of the full hour that I paid for. While the therapist seemed skilled, there was no consultation or brief check-in beforehand, and the session itself felt a bit rushed (even though there was still time at the end) and not as thorough as I had hoped. My biggest disappointment was the shortened appointment time, as I value receiving the full duration I booked. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do hope future sessions are more mindful of timing, as it makes a big difference in feeling taken care of and the time paid for.

I had the most amazing massage from Janet. Her technique was incredible and every movement felt intentional and deeply healing. She cared and payed close attention to what I needed. It was truly the best service I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Janet to anyone looking for an unforgettable massage experience. I made a special request to always book with her for my next appointments since she's sincerely the best!!!!

We booked a couples massage and had an amazing experience. The space is very clean and welcoming. We were greeted with tea and had a same room relaxation massage. Both masseuses did a great job. We then left with a tea to go. We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Montreal. Thank you

This is my second time coming to Catarina Teodoro lymphatic drainage and it was honestly the best massage I have had in my life. Everything is amazing and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. One of my favourite parts of my visits is that they all speak Portuguese and Spanish so I feel right at home. The technology and techniques they use for the massage are amazing as well. I feel very light and relaxed. There is delicious tea and a great ambiance also from beginning to end. The music was also very nice, a piano version of popular songs which allowed me to relax all while enjoying a familiar beat, in a mellow way. I highly recommend a visit if you need either a massage or just a relaxing moment to yourself. I visit the Laval clinic and it is very easily accessible, with free parking. 10/10 ✨ I’ve been coming here every two weeks for the last few months for pregnancy lymphatic drainage, and every visit has been amazing. The cleanliness is impeccable, the atmosphere is pure relaxation, and the professionalism is unmatched. Marta and Janet are truly the best — so skilled, attentive, and caring.
