I signed up to receive my first time Co2 fractional laser treatment and the medical technician, Emily Ferraro, was so reassuring and gentle and informative about the whole process going above and beyond in making me feel comfortable to proceed and informed about what to do to ensure success with the post treatment. Thank you so much Emily, you really influenced this being a great experience and because of you I am willing to do a 2nd treatment.

I’ve seen four dermatologists here, and they’ve all been so lovely and really listened to my concerns. The admin staff is incredibly helpful and efficient as well. One time I asked if my appointment could be moved earlier because I needed my medication right away, and the nurse called me promptly to let me know they had a cancellation. I’ve also never had to wait long for my appointments. On top of that, the clinic itself is beautiful. Thank you, CDC!

I have been a patient here for 3 or 4 years and have been moved between 5 different doctors due to Doctors leaving and pregnancy leave. I have been calling trying to book an appointment for a condition that requires ongoing care, with no one returning my call to book an appointment. The last doctor I saw said she isn't a specialist in the specific kind if treatment I require and "someone else will have to see you for that". I am your patient with a condition you are treating me for - why are you booking me with a doctor that doesn't know about my condition, and why am I not being called back for an appointment? I'll happily delete this review if I can get an appointment with a doctor who can give me proper ongoing care for my condition. Dr Asgarpour left in May - where is her replacement for my specific needs?

Had a wonderful experience. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is courteous and professional. Doctor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the treatment options clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I felt truly cared for and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert and compassionate dermatological care.

Service and information is excellent- relating to any skin issues. However I’m taking away stars due to the wait. I had an appointment schedule for 10:35 am today. I called and mentioned I would be running late. I made it within the 15 minute grace period. Yet, I still ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes after arriving and checking in at 10:50 am. This isn’t the first time. My previous appointment I arrived 20 minutes early, checked in, YET STILL waited over 40 minutes to be called it. To the management/operations- why bother scheduling patient in for a certain date and time and not following it? My time is also precious and I do not have the luxury to be waiting on stand by for free. Respectfully. I do want to add- based on my observations during my 2 schedule appointments- on different dates and times. Most of the patients are elderly: assumption retired. I however am I retired. I am part of the working class population.
