I recently had a laser hair removal session with Tammy, and I’m truly impressed with the whole experience. She is incredibly gentle, attentive, and professional. Tammy explained every step, made sure I felt comfortable, and worked with so much care that the procedure was almost painless. The results are already noticeable, and my skin feels smooth and cared for. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and loves her work. I highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for quality laser hair removal and a positive, comfortable atmosphere.

I’ve been going to this laser clinic for hair removal and I’m really happy with my experience so far. I’m naturally a shy person, but the staff made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. They’re so kind, patient, and straightforward, and they explain everything clearly so you always know what to expect. The atmosphere is calming and the whole process feels very relaxed. I never feel judged or rushed. I genuinely recommend them to anyone — especially if you’re shy like me and want a place where you feel safe and cared for.

The last place I went to was in Mississauga and I needed to find a closer location with the better service. I did a quick search and came across Bright and Beauty Laser. Wow. Clean, hygienic, and the staff is the most warm and welcoming staff ever. They took amazing care of me and with their affordable prices I’m never going anywhere else. The lady who I deal with is the sweetest lady that gives me proper direction and cares about my results. You may not know this but she had a couple other ladies that were working for her and they were stealing her clients and offering services under the table without her knowing. They are now gone and she had to rebuild everything and because she such a standup lady she’s getting back on her feet. Despite this, she is still the most amazing lady and I would never go anywhere else. I would give this company 10 stars if I could and if you’re not visiting Bright and Beauty you’re honestly not getting the proper treatment.

I actually look forward to my appointments, knowing I’ll be taken care of with so much attention to detail. Soraya, the owner, is absolutely the best. She’s professional, kind, and has a way of making you feel so comfortable from start to finish. You can really tell how much she cares about her clients and how much pride she takes in keeping the clinic welcoming and professional. I can’t recommend Bright and Beauty Laser Clinic enough.
