I’ve been doing EMS workouts for past 7 years in different gyms and I can confirm this place is one of the best. The coach is very professional, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. You could conveniently trust him to choose the proper training sessions for your body. If you’re looking to build up muscle but don’t have the time to train 10hrs a week you should try Body Sculpt 40 minutes a week and see the amazing results. 💪🏼

In case you're looking for a workout that is both effective and engaging, this is it! The trainer's incredible energy and enthusiasm are contagious, giving you that extra boost of motivation to push through. I think whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just getting started, this will mosdef make fitness a regular part of your life and see real results. As someone who works out regularly, I was impressed with how the electric stimulation allowed me to hold resistance positions longer than usual. It kept me mentally focused and made each movement feel purposeful. One of the biggest surprises was how I felt less out of breath compared to traditional workouts, even though I could feel every muscle being activated. The workout felt efficient yet challenging. And the suit! Not only did it make me feel like a Marvel superhero (who wouldn’t love that?), but it also kept me cool and comfortable throughout the session. Combined with the fast-paced, varied exercises, the 20 minutes flew by before I knew it. For anyone struggling to find the time or motivation to exercise, this is an ideal solution. One of the most advanced and convenient gyms in Montreal. Super clean and up to date. Training with Hichem with xbody is a great experience. He is a very knowledgeable passionate trainer. Compared to other similar gyms the price and facility is exceptional!

I'm really not very particular with gyms (I haven't had too much experience with them) but I have to say, I think this place rocks! Definitely designed for casual gym goers. The staff is friendly and super helpful, the space is kept incredibly clean and the showers are great! Nothing but positive experiences :
