Beauty Room Liberty Village in Toronto

I’ve been coming to Beauty Room for a few years now, mostly for my brows. I just started coming again after a little hiatus (I was on maternity leave so it wasn’t as close coming from home vs work) Honestly I completely forgot how much I needed these appointments! Both for my brows and just for that overall “treat yourself” moment. The atmosphere is great, very cute studio that feels calm, relaxing, and high-end without feeling uninviting. There are slippers to use, water and tea available for your enjoyment. The staff is friendly and kind. My last appt I even received a follow up to ensure everything was to my liking. Now let’s get into the brows - Mine had gotten completely out of control during my pregnancy and while being home with a newborn I lost the shape I had. I ended up plucking them into insanity. After going to a place close to home and being filled with regret when I left without much results, I remembered Beauty Room. I booked with Katt and was SO pleased when she quickly understood what I was going for. It will likely take a while to completely correct them, but after just 1 appt with her my brows started to transform to their most ideal shape. She mapped the brows and showed them to me before doing anything (HUGE for me as many places don’t do this) She made sure I was pleased with them when she was done. And even gave tips and tricks to help with my ongoing brow care. So impressed and can’t wait to go back again and again!

I’ve been sitting on this review for quite some time, but after a year of living with results I’m unhappy with, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had been a client at Beauty Room for several years and previously received excellent service. Unfortunately, that provider left the company. I decided to book with the owner, Amanda, for an 18-month lip blush recolouring. The results were extremely disappointing. I contacted Amanda immediately and sent photos of my lips. I also inquired about a refund due to the poor outcome, but this was declined. Instead, I was advised to begin the saline removal process. I returned for three removal sessions. The procedure was uncomfortable and caused blistering. In my experience, it did not significantly improve the outcome, as I am still left with uneven colour and pigment buildup a year later. After the third removal session, there was no follow-up, and I have not heard from Amanda since.

I’ve been visiting Beauty Room since I moved to Toronto a year and a half ago, and I can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience. Finding a salon you trust for beauty treatments can be challenging, but from my very first visit, I knew I had found my home. Initially, I struggled with my skin, but thanks to the regular facials and the dedicated care from the team, I’ve seen amazing progress. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin health! The team takes the time to listen to my concerns and offers expert advice to help me feel confident. I've primarily worked with Amanda, but I can assure you that the whole team is exceptional. I’ve since expanded my services to brows, lashes, and Microneedling, and each treatment has been done beautifully. I felt so comfortable trying new things, like my first lash lift, knowing I was in great hands. I feel so fortunate to have found a place that offers such a variety of services while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly is a space where I feel comfortable and excited to return. Without any hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Beauty Room for any beauty treatment. You won’t be disappointed!

I started visiting the Beauty Room a year ago based on a recommendation from a friend. A welcoming and relaxing environment the moment you walk in the door. Amanda ensures I receive the proper facial to cater to my specific needs. She takes the time to match skin care products with my facial needs and takes the extra time to send me my skin care regime based on my purchased products. It is the small things and the extra care that goes beyond an amazing facial that sets the Beauty Room above other establishments. Thanks for your extra special care.

Nancy at Beauty Room is amazing! She’s been doing my lash extensions for a few months now, and I feel so beautiful every time I leave. My lashes always look flawless and last so well. The space is super clean and aesthetic, and their recliner is so soft and comfortable, versus a typical flat table. I always feel relaxed and well taken care of. Highly recommend Nancy if you’re looking for gorgeous lashes and a relaxing experience!
