Update: I was given a coupon if I left a positive initial review. I did like the service so I agreed. I booked another appointment and confirmed the booking only for her to not show up. She wasn’t sick or anything. She WENT ON VACATION and didn’t notify me or cancel the booking. She couldn’t be contacted. She also knew I had to uber to her location which is an hour away from where I live. Basically I wasted my day, didn’t get my lashes done for a wedding, and had to pay lots of money for the uber. No apology from her or anything. Original Review: I got eye liner tattoo done. I have a fear of needles and sensitive skin but they were so professional, gentle, and made everything comfortable for me! I love the end result and I think I’m over my fear of needles now.

Saja is wonderful at micro blading! I’ve had mine done for a few years (not by Saja) and they started fading and turned grey. I had gone to a few others who just tried to fix the grey with no avail. Until Saja. She understands the science behind the brows. She colour corrected them with a specific process and they have never looked better!!! I’m so happy and so much more confident! Thank you!!!!!

I went with my girlfriend from out of town to get our nails done as a birthday treat for me. My technician was very efficient but unfortunately made my nails very thick and not the shape I asked for (I specified coffin, or ballerina if she wanted to avoid shaving down the sides too much. I ended with what I believe is called cut out, where the tip is concave and the tips are very sharp. I have since filed them down to make them more square). She was very nice and clearly just had a different idea of what I was asking for, despite me showing her a picture. I kept it to myself and paid/tipped as usual. I was not going to leave a review based on this alone. My friend had two different techs working on her and one was clearly learning. It took 2 hours to remove her nails and put on gel x. There were lots of issues with the application and they had to redo the placement of some nails. We also paid and tipped for her service as usual. On her trip home, my friend felt like she should leave a review because the 5 stars they had was the main reason we had gone in the first place and she felt people should know that they were not delivering 5 star service. That’s why you can leave reviews. Today I was called at work during the middle of a very busy time. The caller was from the salon and she wanted to discuss the review. I tried to explain briefly but kept telling her I was working and had to go. The woman kept insisting I send her photos and continue discussing the matter with her. I am not obliged to help her improve an honest review made by someone else. And after explaining again that I was busy at work, I finally hung up. She has now gone on to my friend’s review to describe my behaviour as disrespectful. Harassing people at work to make your reviews better isn’t the answer.

What a wonderful experience. I have been to many nail techs in the city. Saja was the most kind and knowledgeable tech ive ever met. She took the time to help with my difficult nails while explaining everything to me. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful lady and new friend. I will be back for more services aswell as my nails! And I will ensure to promote this spa as much as possible!!

4.5 ⭐️ | I had an appointment for dip powder nails with a design and it went extremely well. At first, when I made the appointment, the place seemed to specialize in brows, lips, and other clinic/spa related services, so nails seemed like a secondary aspect of the spa, however I was pleasantly surprised. The session was professional and meticulous and detailed and Saja was wonderful to talk to. She checked with me every step of the way. I brought in a reference photo and we decided to adjust it to what I want it to look like on me. The design was super cute and I love the way it looks (Photo 1). The session was a little longer than usual nail appointments but I think it was more meticulous than other places I've been to. The .5 star removed from my rating was just for, I noticed after the fact (and I think it was the color I chose), but it has some white powder that shows under and some top coat bubbles/streaks that show in the light (Photo 2). Other than that, everything was very well done and I liked the company. I barely felt the time go by anyways. Update: After posting my review, I got a call from the store explaining that the white cast in the photo is to protect the color when it's a darker color and that I can come into the store at any time and they can adjust it for me. Very sweet call and I really appreciate it. Excellent customer service and care.
